From what I know/experience:

1) Med students are vaccinated.

2) On family med placements, telemedicine dominated. Surgery placements, there were more restrictions, and less people were allowed in the operating room. In Emergency Med…various wards…resp,cardio….etc.. were all normal with face to face, but with just Covid PPE Protocols. For Psych placements, it was mostly telemedicine too.
