Hope you are doing well.
There is no exact prediction which I tried many times to make.
But basically every universities experience increase in their cut-off.
I guess Parma university is much safer than Messina from number of candidates sight.
On the other side, Messina applicant’s level may lower than others.

Hi. Generally no it isn’t correct. Because For instance There is 4n competitors for 2n seats in a uni and 2n competitors for n seats. Regarding to this, for example 40 competitors for Sapienza in contrast 120 comperitors for pavia or torino.
Finally , I need to mention that these are just an example.
