In simple words, Simple harmonic motion(SHM) is back and forth movement through an equilibrium or central position so that maximum displacement of one side is equal to other side.
For this question, you should know the properties of SHM.
Consider pendulum as a mass connected to string.
For 1, When motion starts, potential energy is converted into kinetic energy. So, when pendulum is at half way up (mean position), it’s kinetic energy will be maximum. Therefore, 1 is correct.
